This role is vital for the success of our retail operations. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will engage with both wholesale and retail customers to identify their needs, answer inquiries regarding Sherwin-Williams products, and provide tailored recommendations. You will be responsible for addressing customer concerns promptly, ensuring exceptional satisfaction, and staying informed about product features while maintaining the store's high quality and visual standards. Your objective is to deliver outstanding customer service while consistently achieving store sales targets. In this position, you will interact with customers of all ages and manage various payment types, and other store assets. Thus, the company requires a review of your criminal history to safeguard our business, our clients, and the community. The selected candidate will work at stores within a 40-mile radius of Store #2075 located at: 5112 Hixson Pike, Hixson, TN. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Legally authorized to work in the country without needing sponsorship. Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly and 70 lbs. occasionally, with or without accommodation. Willingness to work evenings and weekends, if necessary. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. One (1) year of experience in retail, delivery, or customer service. Previous experience with paint and related products is a plus. Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment. Ability to communicate in more than one language is an advantage; Spanish preferred.
