Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer, Pharmacy+ and Care Delivery Technology Responsibilities

Strategy Development & Execution

– Develop and drive Pharmacy+ and Care Delivery roadmap. Lead the overall direction and strategy of the Pharmacy+ and Care Delivery function in collaboration with the CIO and Technology Leadership Team, and in close collaboration with Enterprise Architecture, to mature the posture of the organization. Partner with CIO and lead team on strategy development and execute the strategy set by CIO and lead team. Provide top-level direction and leadership in Strategy interpretation and execution within Pharmacy+ and Care Delivery, including goals and priorities cascading. Partner closely with other Care Technology teams and their COOs to ensure alignment on strategy and execution of shared priorities, including Infrastructure, Digital, Data, Security Information and Enterprise Technology Operations. Develop standards, processes, and reporting for resource managing, capacity management, risk management, investment, and financial/KPI scorecards across portfolios. Improve organizational dynamics, driving better business practices and strategic management. Leverage a broad network to connect stakeholders and processes across the organization, ensuring the team meets/exceeds goals and priorities. Collaborate with Communications to support internal communications, support speaking engagements and presentations, and ensure Lookbooks exist to support socialization of the team. Meet with the CIO regularly to plan, provide information and deliverables to optimize productivity and move projects forward. Attend and participate in key meetings and act as a proxy for the CIO where appropriate. Create processes to streamline operations where applicable. Provide oversight of special projects outside standard day-to-day objectives. Manage team backlog and collect metrics, ensuring information is shared with the CIO. Maintain focus on return on investment and provide financial information at project, program and portfolio levels. Monitor portfolio forecast vs spend, perform variance analysis and identify trends requiring process improvement. Partner with CIO to plan leadership retreats and objectives. Provide general oversight and management of the Office of the CIO. Business Operations

Provide oversight of financial health and planning, including baseline and portfolio spend. Accountable for financial health of the portfolio. Lead team of financial professionals to provide monthly reporting, baseline governance, SOW inventory, including labor/software SOWs, vendor management, and expense management. Lead all financial management and analytics, including automation and prescriptive forecasting where possible. Lead tech-focused QOR for each Pharmacy+ and Care Delivery LOB. Monitor Goals progress and develop reporting for each LOB to CIO. Oversee metrics & reporting for each LOB; drive automation and dashboards for visibility to identify risks and opportunities. Lead Talent & Capacity Management & Analytics, including headcount tracking and forecasting, new hire approval, rostering management in FAST, Workday, and Clarity, and support monthly headcount updates. Serve as proxy CIO point of contact for CIP and Internal Audit to ensure reporting, tracking and remediation of findings. Drive engagement and accountability of the team. Oversee process for M1, M2 notification, support, and debriefs involving CIO. Ensure Business Continuity playbook and technology roadmaps for products are in place and executed by the team. Identify opportunities to simplify the ecosystem and processes, document issues, drive self-identified process improvements, and lead annual Activity Assessment insights. Workforce Management & Strategy

Directs delivery, prioritization and coordination of all project and program outcomes and resources within Pharmacy+ and Care Delivery. Assumes accountability to partner with leadership to maximize delivery and drive results of a complex project portfolio, achieving defined business goals. Leads Culture, Employee Engagement, and Learning & Development strategies across Pharmacy+ and Care Delivery to drive retention, engagement, psychological safety, innovation, and skills development. Leads workforce engagement opportunities including All Hands meetings, Employee Advisory Council, onboarding, surveys, and Recognition & Rewards strategy. Pharmacy+ and Care Delivery SLT and People Leader

Drives alignment across technology to resolve conflicts and ensure clarity of strategic direction. Maintains pulse of the organization, identifies issues and opportunities. Establishes partnerships with technology and business peers, including Finance, HR, Communications, and other internal partners. Manages a team of program/portfolio management and operations delivery professionals. Maintains constructive, team-oriented and customer-focused attitude; recruits and develops talent. Leads Global Talent Workforce strategy and drives execution of targets. Qualifications

10+ years in a similar role with healthcare industry experience managing multiple business operations aspects; enterprise operations experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree desirable. At least 5 years in a strategy management position, preferably as a senior strategy leader in a fast-paced environment. 5+ years managing Technology Strategy/Operations, Program/Project Management and analytics. Prior experience in technology strategy/PM/consulting preferred. Deep expertise in Information Security and Incident Response. Strong project management with experience in Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid. Strategic thinker with strong communication, listening and presentation skills. Strong analytical and process improvement skills; business process mapping. Strong relationship skills and ability to build trusted partnerships across technology and business. Agility in a changing business environment; confident leadership presence. Additional Information

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be from a cable broadband or fiber optic provider with speeds of at least 10 Mbps download/5 Mbps upload. Salary range: annual salary of 202,700 - 337,900 USD, depending on experience and location. This role may be eligible for a bonus and long-term incentive plan.
