We are seeking

Virtual Call Center Agents - Medical

to support a high-volume seasonal healthcare project. In this role, you will provide outstanding service to patients, payers, and providers, helping streamline insurance and reimbursement processes. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about healthcare, patient support, and making a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients, providers, and payers. Gather and assess patient insurance information from various payers in accordance with established protocols. Accurately enter data into internal systems while maintaining confidentiality. Deliver timely and professional support to team members and external partners. Maintain regular communication with assigned payers to facilitate investigations. Identify and escalate reimbursement delays or trends to management. Collaborate cross-functionally to support overall project success. Meet or exceed performance goals related to call handling and benefit investigations. What We Offer

Start Date:

1st week of December 2025. Commitment:

Candidates must be available through February 2026 without extended time off. Training Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Post-Training Shifts (Jan 2026 onward):

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM. Shifts will vary (8-5, 9-6, 11-7, or 12-8). Flexibility is required. Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required. 1+ years of experience in healthcare, pharmacy, call center, or insurance-related environment. Prior experience in a multi-hub project or Annual Reverification initiative is a plus. Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, or co-pay assistance programs preferred. Proven ability to succeed in a remote environment. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
