About the Role:

Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience. Stay updated on company promotions and services to better assist customers. Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in basic computer applications. Customer service experience is a plus. Positive attitude and a team player mentality. Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic workplace.
