Job Description

Our Retail team is looking for a Retail Inventory Coordinator to help us ensure the accuracy of—you guessed it—our overall inventory.

With a strong sense of ownership and solid customer service , you’ll collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams, providing key operational/inventory support to our stores, all while getting an inside view of how a multimillion-dollar company functions day-to-day. A day on the job looks like this:

Researching inventory-related issues that lead to variances and exceptions, including inventory adjustments

Coordinating shipment pickups; reviewing discrepancies between shipping and receiving; and working with the stores to correct transactions where needed

Ensuring stores complete receiving in a timely manner and resolving any discrepancies

Preparing and distributing physical inventory instructions to stores and reconciling inventory variances

Analyzing various inventory reports

Supporting continuous improvement initiatives aimed at streamlining processes, enhancing efficiency and reducing operational costs

Monitoring customer orders to ensure transaction accuracy

Entering customer orders

Coordinating product price changes

Providing ad hoc support as needed

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word)

Strong accountability, accuracy, initiative and ownership

Problem-solving and analytical skills

Dependability, reliability and punctuality—you’re always on time

Ability to work productively and efficiently under tight timelines

Exceptional attention to detail in all circumstances

Familiar with systems and processes in retail or warehouse setting

Willingness to learn, improve and adapt

Ability to manage multiple tasks

ERP system experience

And here is our end of the bargain...

At Lakeshore, we pay local market wages for employees that reside within Los Angeles and Orange Counties.

For this position, new employees joining Lakeshore who live within Los Angeles and Orange Counties are typically brought into the organization at an hourly rate between $16.90-$24.50 depending on relevant experience & skillset.

This range is indicative of projected hiring range. The annual base compensation will take into account each candidate's relevant experience, location, and skillset.
