Overview
EZ ICE is seeking an energetic, outgoing part-time Seasonal Brand Ambassador to help manage and execute a retail road show this fall and winter. This in-person sales role requires travel to eight retail locations in the Northeast to engage members, demo our Quick Start Kit, and drive sales. You’ll be the face of EZ ICE, informing customers about our product’s benefits. Pay
Base pay range: $30.00/hr - $40.00/hr Responsibilities
Represent the EZ ICE brand professionally and enthusiastically during Roadshow events. Educate customers on the features, benefits, and ease of installation of the EZ ICE Quick Start Kit. Conduct engaging product demonstrations and answer customer questions. Drive sales by converting in-store interest into purchases on the spot. Maintain booth setup, signage, and presentation to retail partner standards. Safely transport and activate EZ ICE’s booth including driving and unloading a box truck. Track daily sales and provide feedback on customer interactions and trends. Work collaboratively with EZ ICE leadership to refine sales approach and maximize results. Support the project management and organization of the road show, including communication with EZ ICE Team members and the retail partner, procuring necessary supplies, and solving activation and travel logistics. Qualifications & Requirements
Available to work Thursday, Friday and Sunday during the above mentioned weekends. Hours are flexible, but Thursday mornings and Sunday evenings are required for load in and load out. Outgoing, personable, and confident in engaging with customers face-to-face. Prior retail, trade show, or promotional sales experience preferred but not required. Comfortable driving a box truck and managing onsite booth setup/teardown. Self-motivated with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets. Reliable, punctual, and able to work every scheduled event date from store opening to close. Comfortable standing for extended periods and handling physical setup/breakdown of event materials (table, signage, inventory, etc). Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Must be able to lift 75 lbs. What We Value
