Senior Analyst – SAP LE/WM
in this hybrid, full-time opportunity. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting and enhancing enterprise-level solutions for SAP LE/WM/EWM/TM systems utilized by Supply Chain operations. This position requires a blend of business process knowledge and technical expertise to design, implement, and test scalable solutions within the SAP Logistics Execution (LE), Warehouse Management (WM), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), and Transportation Management (TM) domains. You will be responsible for managing integrated solutions across SAP WM, EWM, and external TM platforms, while ensuring effective integration with SAP ECC and S/4HANA modules including MM, SD, PP, QM, OTC, PTP, Manufacturing, and FICO. The role includes designing and configuring EWM integrations with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and third-party applications, with exposure to IDOC/EDI and other bolt-on systems. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support full-cycle SAP LE/WM/EWM implementations, including RF scanner setup and configuration. Deep knowledge of logistics and warehouse processes including inbound/outbound operations, storage control, and wave management. Basic ABAP knowledge to support specification writing and code comprehension for issue resolution. Configure warehouse master data (e.g., storage bins, handling units, packaging materials) and advanced logistics methods such as wave picking, cross-docking, and kitting. Manage core warehouse activities such as receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control. Experience in decentralized warehousing models, third-party logistics (3PL) integrations, lean and extended warehouse processes. Work with EDI/IDOC integrations and transportation/load management messaging systems. Configure posting changes, movement types, transfer order automation, and negative stock handling. Support LE interfaces with Production Planning (PP) for supply areas and staging, and with Quality Management (QM) for inspection processes. Configure shipping and goods receipt point determinations, batch management strategies, and delivery processes including split deliveries. Collaborate with external transportation systems such as TMS or integrated platforms. Define and maintain output configurations for WM, MM, and SD/LE modules (e.g., pick lists, BOLs). Create and maintain process documentation including WRICEFs, functional specs, test plans, and deployment guides. Provide daily support including troubleshooting, configuration enhancements, testing, and transport management. Manage intake of enhancement requests, custom report development, and stakeholder communication. Candidate Requirements: 8+ years of hands-on experience with SAP WM/LE. Minimum 2 years of experience with SAP EWM. 5+ years working in a large-scale enterprise SAP environment. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field. Experience in consumer goods or related industries is a plus. Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications is preferred. Strong problem-solving, time management, and facilitation skills. Ability to work independently and manage priorities proactively. High level of professional integrity and alignment with organizational values. Proficiency with support ticketing systems and project management tools. Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
