Mid Energy Analyst (Electrical Power Infrastructure) with Security Clearance
Please note that the availability of this position is contingent upon award. Mid. Energy Analyst (Electrical Power Infrastructure) Description: The successful candidate will: Identify the characteristics, capabilities, vulnerabilities, and operational status of foreign countries' electric power generation, transmission, distribution networks, and associated facilities and equipment that contribute to energy security, which includes support to their military capabilities. Produce all-source analytic products and engage in data curation to support customers' missions. Collaborate with branch, external analysts, and colleagues acquire information used in deliverables to support planning and decision-making by customers. Demonstrated ability to prepare and present all-source electric power infrastructure analysis in written DIA products that adhere to IC analytic tradecraft standards and oral presentations as it applies to national policy, military strategic/tactical planning and operations. Knowledge of energy infrastructure and its vulnerabilities, specifically electric power facilities, networks, transit chokepoints, and control systems including refineries, storage depots, pipelines, pump stations, and import/export terminals. Experience in using the following tools: iSpy, Message traffic tools, MARS, ArcPro, Geospatial data holdings tools Benefits: A competitive salary with performance bonus opportunities. Security Clearance: TS/SCI with CI POLY or the ability to obtain CI POLY. Job Requirements: At least 8 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. An additional 4 years of experience in the specific labor category, for a total of 12 years of experience in the specific labor category, may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
