San Diego, CA What's the Job? Develop, create, and modify general computer applications software or specialized utility programs. Analyze user needs and develop tailored software solutions to optimize operational efficiency. Design software or customize software for client use, ensuring usability and performance. Work individually or coordinate microservice development as part of a team, including UI/UX analysis and design. Supervise offshore developers and ensure project milestones are met with quality standards. What's Needed? Hands-on experience developing applications utilizing React and JavaScript. Experience in using Agile methodologies such as SCRUM, Kanban, or TDD. At least 4 years of experience in front-end software development. Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MS preferred. Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, requirements management tools such as Jama, and version control systems like GitHub. What's in it for me?
