Paladin Consulting is currently hiring a Return Mail Processor to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in West Henrietta, NY.

Job Title: Return Mail Processor Work Location: West Henrietta, NY Duration: 3 month contract with option to extend Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm; OT as needed Education/Experience Required: High school diploma or equivalent
Job Description & Responsibilities : Individual will work mostly independently. Return mail is delivered daily and they will be responsible for logging it into the system and preparing new packages to be mailed out. May require calling Clients to validate business address. Uses prescribed guidelines to ensure good customer relations are maintained and are resolved in accordance with client policies and procedures. Assist with other data entry tasks as needed. This is full time on site and may also require overtime when needed. Delivers quality service to clients via phone, email, chat, and other avenues Develops and maintains a basic working knowledge of their tasks Uses systems and software packages, which may include HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, and ORS Performs data input, maintaining strong prioritization and organization Skills & Qualifications :
Mailroom experience Computer skills Data entry Experience with HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, and ORS a plus Attention to detail Able to work independently Able to lift 10-20 pounds For more information or to view other opportunities, visit us at
