Job Summary: This position provides ongoing technical support, with Level I focusing on entry-level assistance and Level II offering more advanced support. Both roles report to the IT Manager and are non-exempt (eligible for overtime).
Key Responsibilities: Serve as a point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance Perform desk-side and remote troubleshooting for various IT issues Manage and maintain the IT support ticketing system Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes Assist in creating and maintaining automated scripts Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network equipment Manage asset recovery and equipment reconditioning Support company VOIP and video conferencing solutions Contribute to documentation and process improvements Respond promptly to IT issues and alerts Job Details
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Knowledge of MacOS, iOS, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Suite Understanding of computer systems, networks, and security Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between properties Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred but not required 3+ years of relevant work experience Advanced knowledge of network administration and VOIP technologies Ability to foster teamwork and coach others Contributor to process and procedure improvements
