Responsibilities
Participate in requirements gathering and design workshops to understand application functionality and support requirements for the team. Provide Level 2 and 3 Salesforce support, interacting with the business and other teams. Conduct tool and technical assessments for releases. Perform feasibility analysis. Support the technical architecture of the solution. Define mapping specifications for integrating Salesforce with other enterprise applications. Handle application support, incident analysis, and problem reduction. Lead and mentor the Salesforce support team onsite and offshore. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent. 4+ years of experience in Salesforce.com project implementation, including enterprise-level projects and regional rollouts. Experience in full lifecycle implementation and support, with hands-on technical knowledge and architectural solutions. Salesforce.com certifications and strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform (Visualforce, Apex, Lightning, Integration, etc.). Experience migrating from Classic to Lightning. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment, with strong communication skills to understand requirements and provide solutions; provide Salesforce architecture guidance aligning with enterprise architecture. Lead Salesforce support for multiple business units, managing onsite and offshore support teams, and collaborating with product and business partners. Excellent customer service skills and eagerness to learn leading-edge technologies. Good written and verbal communication skills.
