Assist customers both in person and over the phone to understand their needs and present suitable products. Build and maintain trusting relationships with wholesale and retail customers. Accurately process sales transactions in compliance with policies. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Maintain precise work order files and product formulas. Retrieve and prepare products from the sales floor or warehouse. Tint and mix products according to customer specifications. Organize and stock shelves, setting up attractive displays. Keep store equipment clean and functional. Assist with loading or unloading delivery trucks as needed. Maintain presentable and stocked areas. Stay knowledgeable about product offerings and related options. Comply with inventory control procedures. Contribute ideas to improve sales performance. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years old. Legally authorized to work in the country without requiring future sponsorship. Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English and Spanish. A valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Ability to lift and carry products up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. If an internal candidate, a performance appraisal rating of at least meets expectations (3). If an internal candidate, all required HR Cloud eLearning courses must be completed. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. At least one (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service roles. Previous experience selling paint and related products.
