Account Manager
to join its sales team. You will be responsible for revenue and profit growth of programs and services in targeted accounts, using a consultative sales approach to build relationships with existing customers and introduce new technologies. What’s In It For You

Lead and coach district representatives, champion corporate initiatives, and plan portions of District Meetings Develop and execute sales plans to close new opportunities within existing customers and major, competitive accounts to meet profit goals Collaborate with large, strategic customers to understand business needs and propose improvement plans to sustain and grow sales Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including plant or facility executives Analyze systems, interpret data, and provide written recommendations to optimize customer operations Stabilize jeopardy business in large, strategic accounts Minimum Qualifications
Residence within a commutable distance from Portland, ME Bachelor’s degree 5 years of technical or field sales support experience Current and valid driver’s license Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role Physical Requirements
Drive a company vehicle as required; pre-employment and ongoing motor vehicle record checks apply Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, industrial) or life sciences (biology, chemistry, etc.) Experience in water treatment or specialty chemicals Working knowledge of OR operations About Nalco Water

Compensation & Benefits
The total compensation range for this position is $115,400-$173,000, including base pay and target incentives. Compensation considers experience, education, training, geography, and other factors. We comply with minimum wage and overtime laws. Benefits are provided from day 1, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, pension, stock purchase plan, tuition reimbursement, and more.
