Practice Overview The Insurance and Asset Management Practice provides strategic insights to Life Insurers, Property & Casualty Insurers, and Asset Managers to succeed in a rapidly evolving environment. Our work includes strategy development, financial effectiveness, product design and management, operational excellence, underwriting and pricing, and distribution. Examples of impact include:

Establishing a Greenfield insurer from strategy formulation to implementation

Designing a multi-year corporate strategy for an Independent Broker Dealer

Building a generative-AI powered contract review tool for insurance contracts

We are developing a target operating model for Finance and Actuarial functions to enable data-driven product design, pricing updates, and reserve calculations.

Associate / Engagement Manager Role Our consulting roles offer career and growth opportunities for motivated professionals. Responsibilities include:

Managing the execution of project workstreams or projects, including planning, hypothesis development, data collection, analyses, and insights surfacing

Synthesizing findings into written presentations, leading client readouts and discussions

Supporting the Partner group in project delivery through accurate and high-quality execution

Managing and developing junior consultants on project workstreams, including task allocation, output review, feedback, and mentoring

Desired Skills And Experience We value diverse backgrounds and experiences. The ideal candidate will have:

4-7 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm or similar environments

Experience with insurance topics such as organizational design, strategic planning, product design, distribution, underwriting, policy or claims administration, risk and capital management, pensions, or reinsurance

Track record of leading and managing teams and delivering under deadlines

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program

Willingness to travel

The applicable base salary range for this role is $190,000 to $240,000, with final compensation determined by experience, skills, location, and other factors.
