Elemica, a global leader in digital supply chain automation, seeks a Presales Consultant to support customers with supply chain subject matter expertise, pain point discovery, solution recommendations, and value analysis. The role collaborates with Sales & Marketing, Product Management & Professional Services to design and demonstrate digital transformation solutions across Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Logistics, and Quality processes. What You’ll Do

The Presales Consultant supports the sales team by engaging clients and prospects throughout the sales cycle. Lead in-person and remote workshops to understand objectives and pain points. Conduct discovery sessions to identify challenges and requirements. Design the optimal set of Elemica solutions to meet objectives and provide supporting recommendations. Present recommendations and demonstrate software solutions to differentiate Elemica from competitors. Tailor presentations to address each customer’s unique needs and pain points. Quantify and present the value of digital transformation projects. Refine recommendations, handle objections, and partner with Account Executives to win opportunities. Build relationships with potential and existing customers to become a trusted advisor. When applicable, manage the RFP response process with compelling, complete proposals. Outside day-to-day opportunities, evangelize Elemica’s solutions to the market (conference presentations, blogs, and related content for Marketing). Identify key market and customer trends for Product roadmap input and strategic growth initiatives. Collaborate with product development to convey customer needs and feedback to enhance offerings. Develop and maintain expertise in Elemica’s products and target industries. Act as an internal expert on assigned solutions in support of sales enablement, marketing initiatives, and related activities. What You’ll Need

Open to a wide range of experience levels; candidates with 7+ years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Demonstrable, in-depth knowledge of digital supply chain transformation, logistics, and supply chain visibility. Comfortable delivering software demonstrations for both business and technical audiences. Skilled in discovering business pains and facilitating current-state/future-state workshops. Ability to learn independently and solve problems with minimal direction. Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills. High attention to detail and quality; thrives in a fast-paced environment. Supply Chain / Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a comparable degree required. Experience or expertise in industries such as Chemical, Tire & Rubber, Pharmaceuticals, Agro-Science, Food & Beverage, Oil & Gas, Energy is a strong plus. Previous experience with SAP is a plus. English required; additional languages are a strong plus. Travel to customer locations in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) is required. Who We Are
