Sales & Service Manager

to join our team and lead efforts in acquiring, retaining, and growing group accounts while ensuring flawless execution of meetings and events at our property. This role splits responsibilities between

sales (50%)

and

service (50%) . Responsibilities

Identify, target, and solicit group customers to generate revenue. Build and maintain strong client relationships through calls, site visits, FAM trips, trade shows, and marketing outreach. Negotiate and secure group contracts, recommending rates and concessions to achieve hotel revenue goals. Partner with operations teams to ensure seamless execution of meetings and events. Upsell food & beverage opportunities to maximize revenue. Develop and implement sales and marketing plans within budget. Stay current with market trends and competitors, sharing insights with the team. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and service goals. Provide accurate and timely reporting, including trend analysis and month-end reports. Benefits
