Entry Level Financial Client Service Representative
Overview
Working under direct supervision, as a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining oversight of assigned client relationships by understanding your clients and their needs. The role focuses on the Fund Accounting, Administration and Custody disciplines and the applicable product offering for assigned client relationships. The role requires you to establish relationships with client contacts as well as internal teams. A Client Service Representative will collaborate with team members and managers to discuss client trends, provide insights, offer automated solutions and assist in onboarding clients, conversions, reporting and analyses to ensure high client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day inquiries of your clients and collaborate with internal teams to resolve inquiries timely; keep clients updated on the status of inquiries until completion.
Identify client trends and share insights with peers to detect themes and improve service; raise issues to management when multiple clients report problems with a specific product or team.
Serve as the first point of contact for clients and communicate escalations or potential new business to the appropriate teams.
Coordinate with internal product teams to manage client relationships; for example, notify the Product team and communicate to peers the impact of client activities, such as investments in multiple private equity funds.
Assist in onboarding, conversions, reporting and analyses to ensure high client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Entry level position; demonstrated ability to learn and apply Fund Accounting, Administration and Custody disciplines.
Strong collaboration with internal teams and effective communication with client contacts.
Ability to manage client relationships and provide timely, accurate information.
Willingness to learn how to use systems such as Infuse to obtain answers for clients.
Proactive in onboarding, conversions, reporting and analyses to support client satisfaction.
