— Senior sales leadership role focused on revenue generation and growth for new target accounts. Leads a team of ENGIE Impact sales professionals, promoting ENGIE Group solutions to meet client needs and strategic objectives. Role Details

Posting Start Date: 8/15/25 • Requisition ID: 28223 • Employment type: Permanent, Full-Time Primary Functions and Essential Responsibilities Responsible for building, coaching, mentoring and driving a high-performing sales team that is accountable for attaining individual sales quotas and fostering a culture of sales execution and accountability.

Demonstrate in-depth understanding of ENGIE Impact and ENGIE Group capabilities and portfolio, and effectively convey their value and how offerings interconnect for maximum client value.

Lead sales leader execution: attract/hire/retain top talent, coach, leverage tools/technology, and manage performance.

Set strategy and execution path for revenue development for the regional market, leveraging executive engagement and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Legal, Marketing, and other teams.

Develop comprehensive 12-month sales plans with detailed 30/60/90-day activities and ensure each team member creates a personal plan to reach annual goals.

Report monthly on sales pipeline and forecasts; develop mitigation plans when goals are missed; implement performance plans as needed.

Forecast and track key metrics (quarterly results, annual forecasts, weekly KPI cadence) and manage underperforming team members.

Participate in annual compensation planning, coordinate with Head of Commercial Growth, Compensation and HR to drive incentives aligned with goals.

Adopt best practices for account penetration and trusted-advisor relationships with client leadership, focusing on C-Suite engagement and long-term value.

Lead contract negotiation and pricing alignment to meet ENGIE Impact revenue goals and service levels.

Develop cross-functional strategies for account growth/retention across a broad solution set.

Plan and execute Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for assigned sectors, coordinating with leaders to define territory strategies and upcoming targets.

Collaborate with ENGIE Impact colleagues and Centers of Excellence to deliver quality services with measurable competitive advantage.

Establish new business opportunities with targeted accounts via networking, qualification and closing techniques; determine buying influences and budgets.

Understand customers’ long-term business and increase contact within their organizations to enable cross-selling and improved account support.

Provide reliable forecasting, deal transparency, and input on product roadmap.

First Six Months Learn the business and solidify strategy; understand client experience and service delivery.

Gain command of the energy and sustainability environment, including technology ecosystem and organizational structures.

Implement foundational operating rhythm with documentation to support KPI acceleration.

Establish a metrics package to monitor performance and milestones.

Develop relationships with executive and management teams; identify quick wins to improve day-to-day experience.

Longer Term Build repeatable processes and create long-term value; lead territory plan execution and reselling strategy in coordination with leadership.

Continuously re-evaluate strategic selling plans to meet revenue goals and embrace new technologies.

As a Successful Leader, You Will Partner with Client Acquisition Directors, Sales Engineers, and department leaders to understand client needs and translate them into value-driven solutions.

Provide strategic direction on functional requirements to enable growth and secure cross-functional buy-in.

Leverage data to drive process improvements, tool implementations, and reshaping the sales ecosystem.

Execute sales initiatives in collaboration with executive/tech leadership aligned with stakeholder needs.

Education / Certifications / Experience Master’s Degree required in Engineering, Sustainability, or Business Management (marketing/sales/business administration).

Fifteen+ years of sales experience with multimillion-dollar portfolios.

Seven+ years in energy or sustainability-related services, high technology, or BPO for multi-site customers.

Proven record of meeting sales targets, solution selling, and C-level selling.

Domain expertise in customer segments such as Retail, Industrial, Hospitality, Restaurant, Waste, Telecom, or Healthcare.

Knowledge of resource (energy/waste/water) services and renewable energy solutions.

May consider a combination of relevant experience with educational credentials.

Operational leader with design-thinking mindset for business processes and technology implementation.

Results-driven with accountability metrics and KPI tracking.

Work Environment & Compliance
