iitjobs is seeking a seasoned UAT Program Coordinator to join the Integrated Operations PMO to drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategy and execution across large-scale cross-functional initiatives, specifically for GTM transformation initiatives. This role is pivotal in ensuring that end-to-end business validation is planned, executed, and governed effectively, enabling successful product and capability rollouts. The UAT Program Coordinator will lead the coordination between business stakeholders, IT, and PMO, ensuring testing readiness, execution excellence, and stakeholder alignment throughout the UAT lifecycle. Responsibilities
Drive UAT strategy and execution across large-scale cross-functional initiatives, specifically for GTM transformation initiatives. Lead coordination between business stakeholders, IT, and PMO to ensure testing readiness, execution excellence, and stakeholder alignment throughout the UAT lifecycle. Ensure end-to-end business validation is planned, executed, and governed effectively to enable successful product and capability rollouts. Qualifications
8 10+ years of experience in program/project management with direct focus on UAT/test coordination for enterprise initiatives. Salesforce CPQ Experience. Proven ability to drive large-scale UAT execution with cross-functional business, IT, and PMO stakeholders. Strong knowledge of software testing lifecycle, test planning, and defect management processes. Knowledge of Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) processes and system implementation is desired Highly analytical, execution-focused, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines. Strong organizational, facilitation, and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels. Experience with tools such as JIRA, Asana, SPM, Google Suite, or equivalent project/test management platforms. Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM) preferred. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices and change management principles is a plus.
