Overview / Role

The Regional Director of Marketing and Sales (RDMS) leads sales and marketing efforts for the region, including community sales teams’ productivity and census building for Morada Senior Living. The RDMS plans, reports, sets goals, optimizes the sales process, provides sales training, leads marketing efforts, delivers CRM training, implements sales programs, administers sales compensation, and partners with operational teams and community leadership in recruiting, selecting, and onboarding sales talent. The RDMS works with executives and corporate staff to maximize sales performance and ensure objectives are achieved in the community sales teams (Senior Lifestyle Counselors and Coordinators). The RDMS does not manage SLCs directly but collaborates with the Executive Directors at each community to maximize productivity of the SLCs. Responsibilities

Leadership

Reports on activities and results to regional operations leaders and the Division President weekly, and reviews reports with EDs and SLCs during community visits. Coaches, trains, and assists with management of Senior Lifestyle Counselors (SLC), Coordinators and sales Coaches for improved performance to achieve goals. Motivates the sales staff through effective leadership and positive reinforcement to enhance culture and retention. Interviews and screens SLC candidates to ensure they meet success criteria and standards. Manages the mystery shopping and competitive shopping program. Provides Manager on Duty sales training for each community. Maintains competitive reports for each community and stays informed on market conditions to advise leadership on pricing and adjustments as needed. Supports the design and development of educational modules to enhance selling skills for SLCs. Establishes and maintains compensation plans and renewals for sales staff. Sales

Owns the achievement of move-in and occupancy budgeted plans for each community. Maintains knowledge of daily census reporting; tracks sales activities, conversion ratios, and critical success factors. Develops sales strategies to meet or exceed predefined goals. Demonstrates proficiency in CRM systems and trains SLCs and marketing coordinators. Reviews recorded inbound sales calls to coach sales staff. Performs site visit audits and ensures up-to-date sales process manuals. Visits communities regionally to observe team dynamics and assist with marketing programs. Supports implementation of sales and marketing programs at the community level. Keeps quarterly competitive analysis plans current. Marketing

Develops marketing strategies to meet or exceed lead generation goals. Ensures accuracy in sales reviews and approves commission reports for payment. Educates SLCs and Coordinators on standards and ensures ongoing compliance. Supports SLCs and Coordinators in efficient and fair processes, adhering to procedures. Ensures compliance with marketing standards to achieve census goals. Assists in developing annual community marketing budgets and reviews marketing financials and variances. Oversees quarterly planning and analyzes trends to provide feedback on performance. Develops and implements comprehensive marketing strategies within company and budget guidelines. Maintains collateral materials within budget and guidelines. Analyzes lead and move-in costs per source for the region. Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations/Communications, Marketing or related field Five years selling in a dynamic environment; senior living experience a plus At least three years’ experience in a multi-community/regional sales manager role with supervisory experience If having a direct impact on the lives of others is appealing to you, apply today and join our team!
