A growing company in Newport Beach is seeking a motivated and results-driven
Sales Representative
to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys consultative selling, building client relationships, and working in a performance-based environment with strong earning potential.
In this role, you'll manage a blend of inbound and outbound activity, connecting with a warm pipeline of clients, identifying needs, and offering tailored insurance solutions. This position offers high autonomy, a collaborative team, and the opportunity to grow your client base through a variety of sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business through outreach, referrals, and follow-ups
Contact existing clients to offer additional services and coverage options
Collaborate with internal teams on marketing and sales strategies
Attend networking events and support lead-generation efforts
Conduct client consultations to assess needs and recommend products
Clearly explain policy terms, pricing, and coverage
Maintain client relationships and follow up to ensure satisfaction
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
Ensure accurate documentation of all client interactions and sales activity
Obtain necessary state licensing within 60 days, if not already licensed
Ideal Candidate Will Have
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build rapport and trust quickly
Goal-oriented with a drive to succeed
Well-organized and able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
