As a Lead Sales Executive, you will primarily work on customer premise, create existing/new sales for delivery of solutions meeting a wide variety of customer needs for AT&T products/services/systems/solutions. With the aid of support resources, you will identify sales opportunity solutions and build/maintain a network of colleagues and customers to share information and obtain prospects. Responsibilities
May support resolution of customer disputes and accounts receivable discrepancies (e.g., billing, installation, customer issues). Establishes/maintains productive long-term client relationships. Supports in presenting products, services and migrations that can benefit customer needs. Demonstrates broad and strong working knowledge of the organization’s entire product/service line. Partners with clients to understand business needs, issues, strategies, priorities to deliver valuable solutions. Develops responses to Requests for Proposals. Identifies key trends and customer needs, leverages industry knowledge/applications, and utilizes consultative skills to close sales for assigned accounts in accordance with company policy, procedures and culture. Owns account relationship and is responsible for meeting revenue objectives. Demonstrates sustained record of sales achievement. Influences customers to diffuse potential problems. Aids in devising direct sales plans/strategies. May develop strategic initiatives to grow/retain the revenue stream of complex accounts/projects. May support less experienced sales team through coaching or mentoring. Works on complex projects. Compensation
Lead Sales Executive, $89,600 - $134,400 + $80,000 commission with a total target compensation of $169,600 – $214,400. Salary may vary by geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Perks and Benefits

Sales employees will concentrate on acquiring new business and conducting customer visits in the field. When not in the field, they collaborate with the team from their assigned office location, if available. Duties related to sales
Meet with customers and engage in sales activities at the customer site; communicate with customers via phone, teleconference, email, etc.; travel to/from customer premises for sales activities; provide subject matter expertise on technical sales issues; advise customers on product suitability based on technical needs; prepare proposals, presentations, bids, pricing/strategic plans and proposed solutions; research/develop solutions with AT&T external partners, including design/engineering; research customer business/industry to identify new sales opportunities.
