Overview Position:
Sales Manager II
Responsibilities
Support Senior Leadership by challenging traditional approaches, identifying new solutions, and applying new methods and technologies to enhance business results and customer experience.
Manage floor operations and serve as the point person for customer-related expectations and issues of the sales team.
Oversee overall team performance and ensure sales contracts are completed.
Follow up on personal sales efforts, including conversion of pending business and post-transaction activities.
Address concerns regarding Sales Executive conduct and collaborate with Senior Leadership.
Close sales in accordance with current sales and contract policies; ensure individual production meets or exceeds site standards.
Maintain strong product knowledge and assist Sales Executives with guest questions.
Interact with Guests to ensure understanding of HGV product and vacation ownership; strategize sales presentations and product pitches.
Lead and conduct motivational morning sales meetings.
Support leadership in guiding Sales Executives and enforcing adherence to policies and procedures.
Drive maximum performance in sales teams by applying predefined metrics.
Ensure all new contracts are completed accurately and processed per current policy.
Lead staff performance management, creating a positive work environment and taking appropriate corrective actions.
Carry out other reasonable requests as assigned by management.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Active Hawaii State Real Estate License
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
1-2 years of management experience or 4-9 months of internal HGV management experience
1-2 years of branded vacation ownership experience
1+ years of training and motivating individuals in direct sales
Preferred capabilities
5+ years of branded vacation ownership experience
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Ability to handle and resolve sophisticated customer service issues
Benefits and Compensation
Base annual rate of $75,000 plus bonuses governed by a compensation plan. Target annual earnings of $200,000 per year, with variations based on performance.
Base pay plus monthly and quarterly bonuses.
