Drive explosive growth for our new Marketing Services vertical by hunting clients ($10M–$500M revenue) through relentless prospecting, AI-powered lead generation, and expert pitch positioning. You’ll build a pipeline of qualified opportunities for high-value deals. Responsibilities
Demand Generation: Identify/target 100+ mid-market prospects monthly (e.g., e-commerce brands, tech firms, retail) using AI tools (LinkedIn SalesNav, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo). Execute 50+ daily cold calls/emails with personalized hooks tied to client pain points. Collaborate with solutions teams to define the tailored pitches for prospects needing customized marketing ops (e.g., “We help mid-market retailers scale profit-driven retail media”). Arm Account Executives with battle cards, case studies, and competitor insights. Target 30-40 prospective accounts every month. Track all activities in Salesforce/HubSpot; maintain 4x pipeline coverage vs. quota. Qualifications
Non-Negotiables: 5+ years in pure sales (SDR/BDR roles) at mid-market digital marketing / advertising agencies. Proven success with outbound cold-calling (50+ calls/day) and exceeding lead gen quotas. Portfolio of closed deals in Content, ABM, E-commerce, or Paid Media. Expert use of AI sales tools (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft), CRM, and intent data platforms. Hunter mentality: Obsessed with prospecting and crushing quotas. Storyteller: Articulate ROI of core as well as complex solutions (e.g., “Our AI-driven ORM protects your $20M brand”).
