Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets

Build and maintain relationships with clients, travel agencies, and corporate partners

Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 7 Sales and Catering professionals

Serve as a selling Director of Sales, actively building relationships and securing business

Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue and increase market share

Focus on upscale social events and luxury catering opportunities, while driving corporate and leisure business

Leverage the hotel’s recent renovation to reposition and strengthen brand presence

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and the local community

Identify new business opportunities and cultivate partnerships to expand reach

Collaborate with leadership to ensure sales efforts align with hotel objectives and brand standards

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field or equivalent experience

Proven experience in hotel sales or a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities

Track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth

Strategic mindset and ability to analyze market data and trends

Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems

Flexibility to travel and work irregular hours as needed
