Responsibilities
Set the Vision : Define and implement mid- and long-term sales strategies that align with market trends, customer needs, and business goals. Drive Execution : Design and lead execution plans that mobilize the sales organization and cross-functional teams to deliver results. Lead for Growth : Inspire and guide the Sales team to achieve ambitious growth targets through innovative approaches—application development, service expansion, market penetration, and geographic reach. Deliver Results : Own the annual budget for volume, revenue, margin, and profit, ensuring consistent year-over-year performance. Collaborate for Impact : Partner with Strategic Marketing to develop and execute targeted campaigns that unlock new segments and strengthen existing ones. Own Commercial Excellence : Manage pricing, payment terms, and sales conditions to ensure competitiveness and profitability. Champion Customer Success : Build and nurture strong relationships with Key Accounts, fostering long-term partnerships and customer loyalty. Resolve with Care : Oversee customer complaint resolution with a focus on maintaining trust and satisfaction. Build a Winning Team : Design an agile, high-performing sales organization. Lead talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement to empower your team to thrive. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related filed. Master’s Degree preferred Relevant sales experience previously managing different Key Accounts Highly analytical with the ability to rapidly understand complex concepts and to comprehend a vast amount of data 10+ years of Sales experience managing multiple key accounts, 5+ years in Sales Management experience, both in multi-national manufacturing companies Experience in Sales Strategy definition and implementation Extensive experience in a business-to-business environment and value selling Experience with integration and transformation Knowledge and understanding of the Carpet, Shoes, and Filtration market as well as the underlying technologies is preferred The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
