We’re currently expanding our team to support the growth of Bandero Premium Tequila - an ultra-smooth, handcrafted tequila available in Blanco and Café. Position:

Sales Representative to build distribution and grow sales across both on-premise and off-premise accounts in the San Francisco / Northern CA area.

Position Summary

This full-time, salaried role is ideal for experienced liquor sales professionals with a deep understanding of the Northern CA market and an active network of buyer relationships. If you have a strong book of business and a proven track record selling spirits, especially tequila – in bars, restaurants, and retail stores, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Drive new placements and increase volume of Bandero Premium Tequila in assigned territory. Utilize existing buyer relationships to grow brand presence in key on-premise and off-premise accounts. Conduct regular in-person account visits, tastings, and staff training. Secure menu placements, back bar visibility, and retail shelf space. Build and maintain strong account relationships, while identifying new opportunities for growth. Collaborate with distributor partners and internal teams to execute sales and marketing strategies.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of on-premise liquor sales experience (experience with tequila or spirits required). Must have an active book of business in the San Francisco / Northern CA market. Established relationships with buyers at bars, restaurants, and liquor stores. Deep understanding of on-premise and off-premise sales dynamics. Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills. Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for premium spirits. Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
