CAS Auto is expanding worldwide, and we’re looking for a Sales Director to lead our international sales strategy and team. This is a high-impact role where you’ll combine big-picture vision with hands-on leadership to drive growth, build long-term client relationships, and expand into new markets.
What You’ll Do:
Define and execute CAS Auto’s global sales strategy.
Lead and scale a high-performing international sales team.
Manage key accounts with fleet, dealer, and corporate customers.
Drive both customer retention and new business development.
Deliver results across budgets, forecasts, and global sales performance.
What We’re Looking For:
10+ years in international automotive sales & trading.
Proven success leading regional teams and key accounts.
Strong experience with fleet, OEM distribution, and supply chain sales.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global market.
Established international network across dealers, rental, logistics, or industrial sectors (a big plus).
