Responsibilities

Manage full spectrum of all order processing activities for multiple regions including subsidiary companies. Manage shipment coordination from various overseas and local suppliers. Respond to customer enquiries and requests. Prepare and issue related shipping documents for overseas and domestic shipments using in-house system. Monitor and ensure customers’ orders are fulfilled timely. Liaise with freight forwarders to negotiate freight rates and arrange vessel booking for shipments. Monitor customers’ forecast and stock requirements. Maintain price list and prepare quotations. Issue debit and credit notes for returned defective goods and other miscellaneous charges in computer system. Support month-end closings activities and prepare any required reports when necessary. Requirements

Diploma in Business Administration / Supply Chain Management or equivalent 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (esp.
