$80.00/hr - $90.00/hr Position is starting off as a 6 month contract that is likely to extend. Candidates must be comfortable being hybrid in Boston 3 days a week. Lead diverse end-to-end digital transformation team, incorporating AI-powered solutions from initial strategy to operational integration across investment management functions, including Portfolio Implementation, Portfolio Accounting, Cash Management, IBOR, Trade Operations, Corporate Actions, Reconciliation, Compliance, Data Management, and Performance & Benchmarking Demonstrate thorough understanding of the Trade Life Cycle and extensive operational expertise across multiple asset classes and traded products, including Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives, and Swaps Partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to define the target state architecture and business processes. Inspire, lead, and mentor, a high-performing team of Product Analysts to continually facilitate improvements in developing and enhancing best-in-class digital products and services Represent Financial Services industry best practice and market trends to assist the client in maintaining competitive advantage Review and validate solution designs, ensuring they meet business needs, market standards, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support process optimization and modernization initiatives. Stay up to date on emerging trends and technologies in the Asset Management domain. Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of experience in Asset Management industry. Strong knowledge of end-to-end trade lifecycle (front office, middle office, back office). Significant Financial Services industry knowledge and a proven record of success directing efforts in the industry that leverages AI/ML, reflecting market, competitive and other external drivers. Experience working with a multi-disciplinary team on customer-focused and B2B products and services Proven ability to prioritize multiple demands and obtain buy-in from stakeholders Proven track record of working with senior client stakeholder and diverse teams Deeply rooted in Agile, Lean, and continuous delivery principles that maximize flow of value with a passion to extend this understanding throughout the organization Influencer in continuous learning and innovation Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills to interface with both business and technical teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI into workflows and support modernization initiatives. Communicate effectively with C-Suite executives and senior stakeholders, presenting complex topics in a clear, business-focused manner. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with leading trading platforms and order management systems (e.g., Calypso, Blackrock Aladdin, State Street Alpha - Charles River, Bloomberg, etc.). Experience working in large-scale transformation or data modernization programs is a plus. MBA, CFA, FRM, or similar professional qualification preferred. Seniority level
