An aerospace client in El Segundo is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join their team on a 4-month contract.

This position operates on a 9/80 schedule and is onsite full time.

Job Details: - Responds to employee's inquiries regarding company policies and procedures. - Serves as employee advocate and identifies resources to resolve issues. - Inputs data into HR systems. Provides data and information to HR Generalists. - Creates reports and maintains HR records. - Processes onboarding documentation for accuracy and completion. - Assist in internal employee onboarding. - Assist with processing of terminations. - Makes photocopies, scans and emails documents: and performs other clerical functions. - Create and maintain accurate compliant employee files. - Create ad hoc reports and provide data to support HR initiatives. - Ad Hoc HR compliance and special projects.

Pay rate: $26/hr

Required Skills & Experience - High school diploma or GED. - 1 + years of experience within a similar role. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Excellent Interpersonal and customer service skills - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Time management skills with ability to meet deadlines - Ability to function well in a high-paced environment. - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
