Audio Mechanical Design Engineer – Sunnyvale, CA or Seattle, WA Are you passionate about

that make a real impact. What You’ll Do: Lead the design of
micro-plastic mechanical solutions
for speaker modules, integrating acoustic meshes and insert-molded steel plates. Develop, prototype, and test mechanical solutions to ensure
exceptional acoustic performance . Collaborate across teams from
concept to mass production , ensuring your designs are manufacturable and optimized for high-volume production. Work closely with external vendors and partners to innovate and refine mechanical and acoustic solutions. Stay at the forefront of
mechanical design technology , driving new approaches in audio engineering. What You’ll Bring: Bachelor’s degree in
Mechanical Engineering
or related field. 4+ years of experience in
mechanical design of micro-speakers or audio devices , preferably in high-volume consumer electronics. Strong skills in
CAD (NX or SolidWorks), GD&T, DFM/DFA, tolerance analysis , and prototyping. Experience with
materials
(plastics, metals, adhesives, glass) and
manufacturing processes
(injection molding, stamping, machining). Knowledge of
DOE, mold flow analysis, and mechanical validation
methods. Excellent collaboration and communication skills; ability to work with
