Job Description The Director of Finance & Strategy will lead Pique’s financial strategy, operations, and long-term planning to support our rapid growth. This role is critical in scaling our subscription-based DTC business model and ensuring the company’s financial health through rigorous analysis, disciplined forecasting, and strategic decision-making. Reporting directly to the executive team, you will be responsible for building and overseeing the finance function—covering strategic planning, FP&A, accounting and capital planning—while ensuring alignment with Pique’s brand vision, growth trajectory, and operational excellence. This leadership role requires a combination of investment banking-level financial rigor, deep operational understanding of high-growth consumer brands, and the ability to translate data into strategic insights. Responsibilities Financial Strategy & Leadership Partner with cross-functional leaders to develop, monitor, and refine cross-functional KPIs to drive performance and ensure alignment with company goals. Drive scenario analysis, pricing strategies, and profitability models for subscription-based DTC operations. Provide timely insights and recommendations to support data-driven decision making. Partner closely with the CEO and executive team to evaluate new opportunities, business models, and strategic initiatives. FP&A, Budgeting & Forecasting Lead annual planning, and quarterly re-forecasting and long-range modeling. Work closely with the Head of Growth to closely monitor daily acquisition spend, pacing and efficiency. Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to drive FP&A processes and create monthly buying plan. Partner with cross-functional leaders (marketing, operations, supply chain) to drive financial discipline across the organization. Build and lead a best-in-class finance function with a focus on accuracy, speed and strategic impact. Operational Finance & Controls Ensure optimal cash flow management and working capital efficiency. Lead monthly book close with outsourced accounting team. Manage accounting, operations, tax, and compliance, ensuring accuracy and adherence to GAAP standards. Implement scalable financial processes that support rapid growth. Qualifications / Experience 7+ years of progressive finance experience (investment banking, PE, or operational finance leadership). Proven track record of scaling a high-growth

subscription business, ideally in DTC eCommerce . Deep expertise in FP&A and operational finance and strategy. Strong foundation in financial modeling, valuation, and M&A. Familiarity with subscription metrics (CAC, LTV, churn, payback periods) and eCommerce unit economics. Strong leadership skills with experience building and managing finance functions. Excellent communication and executive presentation skills. Passion for health, wellness, and Pique’s mission-driven culture. Familiarity with modern finance tools and ERP systems. SQL experience (or willingness to learn).
