A large local utility client is seeking a Business Analyst to support the replacement of a mobile workforce management system. This role involves a full refresh of business requirements and will require close collaboration with a wide range of business user groups. Success in this role will come from experience working with unionized field staff and operational teams. While a background in utilities or telecom is preferred, it is not required. The role will require travel to multiple offices and service centers across the Seattle area, so reliable transportation is essential.

Required Skills & Experience • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Process Analyst in an operational or field-based environment • Proven ability to create, document, and manage business requirements across cross-functional teams • Experience working with third-party vendors or system integrators on enterprise system implementations • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with field operations and unionized teams • Ability to facilitate workshops and gather requirements from both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Experience with business process mapping and identifying areas for process improvement Comfortable working independently and traveling to multiple locations as needed
