Role overview Dir/Senior Director – Environmental, Technical and Sustainability (ETS) – Transactions Advisory Group. The ETS team shapes sustainability strategy engagements for corporate and private equity clients, driving transformative sustainability initiatives that mitigate risks, optimize operations, and enhance business value. Focus areas include compliance and regulatory readiness, decarbonization and climate risk management, sustainable supply chain risk management, governance, and other critical domains. This role can be based in multiple U.S. locations or other locations as appropriate. What you will be doing As a Director or Senior Director, you will work with a motivated team on sustainability projects across industries and help clients integrate sustainability with core business objectives, navigate regulatory landscapes, implement climate risk mitigation and decarbonization strategies, and design optimized, sustainable supply chains. You will help improve ESG ratings, strengthen governance, and drive long-term business resilience. You will identify sustainability opportunities to create measurable business value and deliver tailored solutions through our integrated approach. Responsibilities

Clearly manage day-to-day client interaction and demonstrate A&M capabilities while: Identify potential sustainability risks and implement strategies; identify and leverage sustainability opportunities to optimize operations and value; guide clients through regulatory landscapes and evolving standards; strengthen governance and resilience; generate climate risk reports aligned with TCFD/ISSB. Manage engagements and prioritize responsibilities; maintain client relationships with limited MD involvement; manage multiple projects of varying size and complexity; meet or exceed client expectations. Contribute to sales pursuits by generating new business and supporting MDs/Senior Directors in business development; cross-sell ETS services and other A&M offerings as opportunities arise. Develop creative solutions to engagement and transaction risks; maximize client value by monitoring engagement leverage and staff efficiency; mentor mid/junior team members for TAG ETS. Adhere to risk management guidelines and engagement review procedures; proactively manage engagement risk and issues. Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years in sustainability/ESG consulting and/or related industry experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, finance, economics, sustainability or related field Working knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks and standards, including GHG Protocol Understanding of private equity markets and value creation levers Proven success in developing and implementing strategic sustainability programs High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; ability to articulate to senior client management Strong project management skills; ability to work collaboratively or independently Your journey at A&M A&M prioritizes employee development, offering a robust performance process, training, and growth opportunities.
