Overview
We’re hiring a Head of Product Engineering - a hands-on, product-obsessed engineering leader who will own everything customers touch: web/front-end, full-stack, mobile, and the core product workflows. Your mandate is to make Rogo feel unmistakably polished, fast, and indispensable.

Our ability to ship fast and feel world-class hinges on great product engineering. In this role, you’ll be a true partner to leadership - shaping our product, scaling our team, and setting the bar for quality.
What You Will Own
Lead and grow our Product Engineering team (currently 6 engineers plus design).
Own all customer-facing product surfaces: chat, dashboards, workflows, mobile, admin tools, and more.
Partner closely with Product and Design to drive the roadmap and ship at velocity.
Mentor, coach, and uplevel engineers while still writing and reviewing code.
Introduce engineering rituals that improve speed, stability, and polish.
Recruit and develop future tech leads as the team scales.
What You Will Need
7+ years of engineering experience, including hands-on coding and team leadership.
Experience managing a small team (1–5 engineers) and ready to scale.
Known for technical excellence and trusted by peers for judgment and execution.
Passionate about velocity, craftsmanship, and great user experiences.
Comfortable rolling up your sleeves to code, debug, and unblock.
Hungry to grow into a senior leadership role — motivated by impact, not titles.
What Success Looks Like
30 days: Co-own the roadmap, ship features yourself, and build trust with the team.
90 days: Clear ownership of product areas, faster release velocity, and tighter engineering rituals.
12 months: A 20+ person product engineering org with strong leads, a recruiting flywheel, and a product that rivals the best SaaS experiences.
