Job: Machine Learning Engineer
Location:
Louisville, KY (Onsite) Contract Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models for classification, regression, clustering, recommendation, NLP, or computer vision tasks. Build end-to-end pipelines for model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring. Work with large datasets, applying preprocessing, feature engineering, and data augmentation techniques. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into ML solutions. Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and improve models over time. Integrate ML models into production systems and ensure scalability and reliability. Stay up-to-date with the latest ML research and technologies, and apply them as appropriate. Required Skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field. Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost). Experience with data analysis tools and frameworks (e.g., pandas, NumPy, SQL). Familiarity with software engineering best practices (e.g., version control, testing, CI/CD). Experience deploying ML models in production environments (e.g., using Docker, Kubernetes, REST APIs).
