Cintas . Cintas is seeking a Production Manager. The Rental Production Manager – L2 (Level 2) is responsible for creating a high performing operational environment with a team that is focused, motivated, and inspired to achieve team objectives. The Rental Production Manager – L2 is accountable for developing a high performing team, overseeing all plant operations in a location, and ensuring on-time delivery of products that exceed customer expectations, service, and quality standards, positioning Cintas as the leader in the industry. Responsibilities
Customer Experience – Actively works with the Sales and Service teams to conduct plant tours, set appropriate expectations, resolve quality issues, and ensure Cintas is positioned to grow and retain business. Partner Experience – Creates an environment that sustains a highly motivated, engaged, and diverse workforce where partners feel supported and want to do their best work. Safety and Risk Management – Promotes a culture of world-class safety. Ensures the production department complies with internal audit requirements and corporate policies, implements safety systems, and engages partners in safety and ergonomic improvements to reduce injuries. Participates in Safety Improvement Committee (SIC) meetings and leads by example in safety and health. Communication – Collaborates with the General Manager and other department leaders to align the production team with location goals and KPIs while supporting company initiatives. Maintains positive communications with the Service team, Branch leadership, and SSRs through key initiatives and programs, including regular meetings and site visits with Production leadership. Other duties – Performs all other duties as assigned to fulfill responsibilities and operate in the required conditions. Skills/Qualifications
Required High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred Minimum two years of supervisory/management experience Two years of industry experience preferred Minimum one year as a Cintas Production Manager required Attendance is an essential function of the job Minimum processed volume requirement of $18M or 2+ branches Ability to work multiple shifts with variable schedules Benefits
