The Account Manager is responsible for ensuring projects are clean, green, and detailed. This includes completing punch list items in a timely manner, working with Crew Supervisors, Staff, and Irrigation Technicians, and reporting to the Regional Manager. Role and Responsibilities: Servicing maintenance accounts, completing punch lists, and performing site walks with follow-up communication with clients and Mission management. Managing Crew Supervisors, Staff, and Irrigation Technicians to complete maintenance specifications, following the Grass, Weeds, Trimming, Clean, and Safety mantra. Responsibilities: Maintaining client happiness and accounts according to maintenance specifications. Managing, training, and coaching Crew Supervisors, Staff, and Irrigation Technicians in alignment with company values. Submitting staff payroll, invoices, and proposals on time, as well as monthly reports on equipment, tool inventories, and truck reports. Interviewing, hiring, training, and directing employees, as well as addressing complaints and resolving problems. Expectations: Maintaining safe, productive, and profitable operations, meeting targets and goals. Qualification Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education and Experience: High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED); minimum three years of related Account Manager experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Language Skills: Ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English; verbal bilingual language skills (English/Spanish) are preferred. Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure; compute rate, ratio, and percent; and interpret bar graphs. Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid California driver's license with a Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) driving record acceptable to the company's insurance carrier, and a California state Pest Control Applicator's License.
