The File Clerk is responsible for handling tolls and violations for rental and fleet clients in a high-volume processing environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality, accurate work. The Processing Specialist will communicate with clients via email and phone, process payments through online platforms, and research missing details to ensure timely and effective resolutions.

Essential Responsibilities:

Sort, research, and process various paper notices and other documentation. Provide clear and concise communication with internal and external clients via email and phone. Research tolls and violations to determine resolution status (e.g., paying, disputing, changing liability, refunding). Review and audit processes, providing professional and constructive feedback to agents. Maintain process documentation and tracking for accuracy and compliance. Assist leadership with special projects as assigned. Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in an office environment performing administrative duties such as inbound/outbound mail processing, auditing, data entry, quality control, or similar tasks. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to use office equipment such as computers, copiers, scanners, and mail-opening machines. Proficiency in navigating internet-based systems. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality. Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Customer-service oriented with flexibility and a proactive attitude. Ability to recognize issues and escalate them to the appropriate team member for resolution. Pay Details:

$16.00 to $16.50 per hour
