Floor Manager. You are responsible for supporting the brand leader and store manager in managing and motivating your team to deliver an exceptional brand experience to our customers. You’ll oversee a store-as-community hub for AllSaints fans and customers, delivering amazing in-store and online service, and providing knowledge, leadership and support to stylist team members responding to first line customer enquiries via our online customer service system. You will lead and coach the stylist team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding service that makes customers feel amazing. You will manage day-to-day store operations and store deployment, developing business acumen to ensure smooth performance and strong support for your team. You will work with the management team to help the store exceed targets and KPIs, and handle people matters as needed. You will create floor plans and rotas to set the store up for daily success. Responsibilities
The majority of your day will be on the busy shop floor trading with stylist teams and ensuring processes run smoothly to deliver the best in-store experience. Provide leadership and support to stylist team members with first-line customer queries, emails, chats, and calls across multiple topics relating to product and customer orders via the online customer service system. Collaborate with specialist customer experience team leaders to manage team KPIs and SLAs for online customer support. Act as an expert ambassador for our product, inspiring both in-store and online customers and your team. Maintain a commercially driven approach, ensuring products are showcased well, guidelines are followed, and best-selling products are prominently displayed. Be accountable for day-to-day store operations and team deployment, providing coaching and support to stylists to meet targets. Work with the management team to enable the store to exceed targets and KPIs. Proactively manage people matters, including return-to-work interviews, liaising with people and culture on issues requiring investigations, and performance/attendance management. Create and implement floor plans and rotas to set the store up for daily success. Qualifications / Skills

Pay Range in Santa Monica, California: Salary Range: $23.70 - $24.70 USD/Hour, Plus Monthly Commission. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Location: Los Angeles, CA area with North America regional context (retail locations in the U.S. and Canada). About AllSaints
The North America region is comprised of 71 retail locations across the U.S. and Canada, with our flagship store in New York City. We are based out of our Los Angeles studios and operate with a shared brand aesthetic across locations.
