Overview Senior RF Integration Engineer supporting Electronic Warfare (EW) and RF products. You will create and maintain electrical system test strategies and plans, characterize wireless communication systems, analyze failures, and drive system-level testing and integration across RF and digital hardware, firmware, embedded software, and application software.
Responsibilities
Create and maintain electrical system test strategy and test plans for various Anduril EW and RF products.
Characterize wireless communication systems and devices.
Analyze and drive coverage and analysis of failures observed in integration, characterization, and system-level testing.
Perform integration testing of subassemblies and systems including RF and digital hardware, firmware, embedded software, and application software.
Facilitate electrical system performance, calibration, durability, and environmental testing of developmental components and systems per test plan.
Develop and maintain test standards; design and develop test equipment or procure and handle purchased test capital equipment to support test readiness.
Support and perform field testing and act as a liaison to conduct ground and flight testing.
Leverage data analysis and existing tools to reproduce and characterize failures.
Automate tests to enhance test coverage and ensure reproducibility and repeatability.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of relevant industry experience with emphasis on hardware, software, and/or system validation and verification testing.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
Skilled with test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and vector network analyzers.
Familiar with Linux command line, shell scripting, debug utilities, and file system navigation.
Proficient in Python or Matlab for data parsing, analysis, and test automation.
Strong root cause analysis skills.
Ability to travel to and work at remote sites supporting test integration, commissioning, and training as required.
Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Currently possesses and can maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiar with wireless communication protocols and test methods.
Familiar with military and spectrum regulatory standards and test methods.
Salary and Benefits Salary range: $154,000 – $231,000 USD. This range is an estimate based on base salary; actual offer may vary by experience, education, and other factors. Anduril offers equity grants as part of total compensation, plus comprehensive benefits.
