Responsibilities
Greet patients and handle all check-in and check-out procedures.
Accurately verify patient insurance information and collect co-pays and payments.
Schedule follow-up appointments and manage patient scheduling inquiries.
Answer incoming calls and provide administrative support to the front office team.
Assist with patient referrals and prior authorizations with insurance companies.
Required Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. An associate degree or Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) certification is a plus.
A minimum of 1-2 years of clerical or healthcare experience is required.
EPIC experience is a non-negotiable requirement.
Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST.
