Compensation Base pay range: $100,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
Lead and review complex tax engagements for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts
Provide proactive tax planning and compliance strategies across multiple industries
Oversee monthly and quarterly bookkeeping, financial reporting, and client advisory projects
Build and maintain trusted client relationships with exceptional service and communication
Supervise, train, and mentor staff members
Collaborate directly with the firm owner on strategic planning, client management, and firm operations
Requirements
Active CPA license in California
5+ years of experience in public accounting with strong tax and advisory expertise
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, Lacerte (or similar software)
Strong technical knowledge of tax and accounting principles
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Drive to take on increasing responsibility and step into firm leadership
