and play a key role in supporting the wellbeing and success of our people. This role oversees the day-to-day administration of employee benefits across our U.S. offices, with a strong focus on

Leave of Absence (LOA) management , while also serving as the Americas point of contact for

Wellbeing initiatives . You’ll collaborate closely with HR leaders in the U.S., APAC, and EMEA to deliver consistent, impactful programs that make a difference across the firm. What You’ll Do Leave of Absence (LOA) Management Serve as the primary contact for FMLA, parental leave, STD, LTD, and personal leave. Guide employees through documentation, timelines, and return-to-work planning. Partner with HRBPs and leaders to ensure smooth transitions and coverage. Maintain accurate LOA records and ensure compliance with policies and laws. Benefits Administration Administer health, dental, vision, life, disability, and other benefit plans. Manage vendor relationships, enrollments, changes, and claims. Lead annual open enrollment, communications, and system updates. Respond to employee questions about eligibility, coverage, and claims. Partner with global and regional teams to align and enhance programs. Monitor trends and employee feedback to strengthen offerings. Compliance & Collaboration Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations (HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA). Maintain policies, FAQs, and employee guides. Support audits and reporting requirements. Supervise and develop benefits/LOA support staff. What We’re Looking For 7+ years of benefits administration experience, with 2+ years in LOA management preferred. Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, COBRA, and other regulatory requirements. Strong understanding of employee benefits and HR systems. Experience leading or mentoring teams. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred. Professional services or law firm experience a plus. Why Join Us? Salary range:

$135,000 – $165,000
