We’re seeking a passionate and experienced

Senior Graphic Designer

with a strong background in

apparel graphics

to join a dynamic, fast-paced design team. This role will focus on creating innovative graphics for

t-shirts, hoodies, and crewnecks

across men’s, women’s, and kids’ collections, while helping to shape the future of an elevated streetwear brand. Role Details: Role:

Up to $90K + benefits Interview Process:

2 rounds + project assignment Key Responsibilities

Ideate and research references for graphic apparel collections Design graphics across men’s, women’s, and kids’ apparel (tees, hoodies, crewnecks) Develop collections for in-store, web-exclusive, and location-specific programs that evolve the brand’s design aesthetic Collaborate with design peers, merchandising, development, and factory partners (domestic & overseas) to deliver high-quality product Present design ideas and concepts directly to leadership during design meetings Build detailed tech packs for all approved designs using PLM software Manage the full lifecycle of collections, from concept through production Oversee approvals for color, fabric, artwork, branding, and embellishment techniques Mentor and manage associate-level designers, guiding workload and deliverables Execute high-quality design work within tight timelines Qualifications

5–6 years’ experience in the fashion industry, with a proven focus on apparel graphic design Strong ability to create original graphics, wordmarks, and logos aligned with a luxury streetwear aesthetic Experience with embellishment, printing, and finishing techniques Knowledge of tee development and ability to launch factory-ready designs through PLM systems Solid understanding of the product development process, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration Skilled in art creation/manipulation with knowledge of print-ready files for production Skills

Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) PLM systems Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Comfortable live-designing and presenting concepts to leadership and design teams Strong problem-solving abilities to elevate product standards We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from diverse candidates.
