The Opportunity
Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an enthusiastic Global Sales Manager to join our Hyatt Sales Force - Global Enterprise team. The Global Enterprise team is responsible for developing long-term, strategic partnerships with corporate travel customers and the meetings and events teams for a designated set of Global Accounts. The Global Sales Manager works with their Global Director to set the account management strategy for each account, and to implement and oversee the tactics and initiatives that will increase Hyatt's performance across all regions.
In this role, you will be collaborating closely with the broader Hyatt Sales Force team, where you'll be instrumental in continuing to make Hyatt a leading hospitality company. You will be part of a team that is passionate about our purpose, committed to nurturing curiosity and new skills, and building connections across the organization with colleagues, customers, and guests.

Responsibilities include working in tandem with the Global Director to implement and oversee Hyatt's sales strategy, strategic objectives, and tactics/initiatives for our Global Enterprise Accounts. This position will be responsible for developing and nurturing long-term strategic global accounts/relationships with a focus on increasing revenue. Create and implement strategic action plans for a portfolio of accounts to meet/exceed revenue goals Effectively communicate and bring Hyatt's story to life Champion new and need hotels and other company initiatives and priorities Resourcefully engage all areas of the organization to find collaboration opportunities, experiment, and secure the sale Be the one-stop shop problem solver for all assigned HSF accounts Plan and organize sales calls and business travel, including customer appointments, quarterly business reviews, tradeshow/industry event participation, Fam Trips, and internal meetings as appropriate Manage annual corporate travel RFP process Possess a strong customer service mindset Engage with hotel sales teams, operators, and owners to build rapport and support our shared sales goals Stay current on market conditions, forecasts, and trends and translate to action with proactive measures to drive sales Maintain a high level of productivity while working independently in a fast-paced and relatively autonomous environment Demonstrate strong follow-up, organizational skills, and leadership mindset Demonstrate a commitment to Hyatt's core values Qualifications
Experience Required: At least 3+ years of experience in industry experience At least 3 years of related industry experience Has worked within hotel sales operations Strong understanding of global travel and a network of contacts Experience Preferred: Bachelor's degree preferred Comprehensive knowledge of Hotels and Sales Practices Experience selling corporate travel and meetings/events preferred Experience with Master Sales Agreements/MSAs for meeting/event customers MS Office, Cvent Transient (Lanyon), and Envision preferred We welcome you: Research shows that individuals tend to apply to jobs only if they meet all the listed job qualifications.
