Responsibilities for a Warehouse Material Handler include but are not limited to: Issue and distribute parts, tools, and materials to team members across approximately 20 delivery zones in a large warehouse environment. Stock and organize materials in gowning rooms and warehouse storage areas, ensuring efficient space utilization. Operate pushcarts, stand-up forklifts, and pack mules (similar to golf carts) for transporting inventory across the facility. Perform inventory management tasks, including receiving, unpacking, labeling, and placing materials on high shelves (up to 25 feet), requiring comfort with heights. Candidates for Warehouse Material Handler must meet the following requirements to be considered:
3+ months of experience in a warehouse, stockroom, or material handling environment; forklift or cherry picker experience preferred. Comfortable with physically demanding tasks including frequent walking and lifting, and working at heights of up to 25 feet. Ability to read and interpret work orders, safety guidelines, and inventory documentation accurately. Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.
