The User Experience Sr. Analyst is an intermediate level experienced role, strongly contributing to the research, analysis and design of digital products and systems.
User Experience partners with Product and Technology colleagues to create innovative and intuitive digital products that deliver best-in-class user experience and usability to our clients, both internally and externally. We undertake a wide spectrum of activities, from discovery and research, through definition, ideation, and design, to the management of design systems and the delivery of interactive prototypes and high-fidelity designs to our development partners.
The UX Design Group’s primary goal is to research and design products and solutions that are streamlined, intuitive, consistent, accessible, great-looking, and easy-to-use, which perfectly suit (or even anticipate) our clients’ needs.
Responsibilities:
Partners with business, Independent Compliance Risk Management, Legal, Operations, Internal Audit and Technology associates to identify, troubleshoot and resolve Personal Bank & Wealth Management oversight program risks and issues.
Documents, manages and tracks mitigation strategies against those risks and issues.
Manages multiple, concurrent projects in the development and implementation of digital accessibility initiatives.
Effectively communicates program and project status to multiple stakeholders.
Develops presentations and other communications documenting scope, objectives, strategy, customer and employee benefits of the programs
Owns deliverables as delegated by the Digital Accessibility Center of Excellence lead and investigate solutions for gaps where no ownership is identified.
Ensures best practices and lessons learned are effectively communicated across all channels.
Establishes and oversees the application of operational risk policies, technology and tools, and governance processes to create lasting solutions for minimizing losses from failed internal processes, inadequate controls, and emerging risks.
Develops and maintains relationships across the business users and Lines of Defense to better understand and deliver customer requirements by responding to changes in the internal and external business environment
Qualifications:
5-8 years of relevant experience
Strong attention to detail & analytical skills
Experience delivering with an agile methodology
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Knowledge in Digital accessibility
Experience using design systems
Keen interest in, or knowledge of, banking or finance
HTML/CSS Development Skills
Education:
Bachelor’s degree/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
